We will always ensure items are packed securely and inspect before dispatching. Should you receive a defective item please get in contact with us within 1 business day from delivery with a few images to ensure we can either replace the item or issue a refund.
In the event of an out of stock item you can either ask for a coupon towards an alternative item or we will issue a refund.
Unpaid orders will be cancelled the next business day around 13:00, should you then decide to purchase the item you will need to place a new order.
Should you decide to return goods – please note this needs to be done within 7 days from delivery, we will only accept unused items with their original packaging and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
In the event of a refund, payment will be issued within 7 working days after returned package has been received.
